RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Studio Twenty Three, each item is sourced and shipped directly from our trusted suppliers.
Returns:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once your return request has been approved and processed, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.
Studio Twenty Three reserves the right to deny return requests that do not meet the requirements outlined above.
FULFILLMENT INFORMATION
Products sold by Studio Twenty Three are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners. Because of this, return requests must be approved before items are sent back. Customers should not return items without first contacting us, as return instructions may vary depending on the supplier and product location.
